Terry is a partner with Hutcheson & Co and has been a member of our firm since the fall of 2006.  Terry articled with KPMG (Calgary) and then spent a year overseas with PWC (Bermuda); spending his time in the audit and advisory department with both firms.  He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2001.  Terry then moved into industry in a variety of different tax roles over the next 5 years working with Imperial Oil, Mullen Group Income Fund, and Custom House Ltd.  This industry experience has allowed him to gain practical experience in the tax field dealing with both national and international issues.  During this time Terry has completed Part I, II, and III of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-Depth Tax Program.

Terry concentrates in the area of tax planning and compliance, working with both individuals and businesses on Canadian and US cross-border tax issues.  Terry also provides accounting services for private sector clients.

Married with two children, he enjoys hockey, golf, baseball, and trying to keep up with his 2 sons.
